There seems to be too much contrast for the buildings in the background. It's okay because it creates a dramatic effect but it also makes the buildings look unrealistic and 2D rather than 3D in some cases.
I would have added some grey highlights in the rubble to show the outlines of a few objects.
There seems to me that there's too much white highlighting on Shadow's right leg and chest, and it looks like his fur is white or grey rather than black. (sonic's right leg appears to be about level with Shadow's right, yet it doesn't have much white shading on it at all.)
I would expect Shadow's glove cuff to be black with a red tounge, like his shoes, even without the ring. (I think that's why =Shadowknight731 said it was 'wrong') The tears in his glove and Sonic's shoe look too 3d and shiny, so they look like spikes rather than tears.
One thing I notice here is not a coloring fault or anything like that. It's something you may have intended but it's just bugging me: The cuff on Shadow's left arm (on the right side of the pic) is wrong, and the hand looks a bit strange, Just a bit! Also, the forehead marking on Shadow is, for lack of better words, cut off on the right side (his left.) about halfway up. Once again, not sure if it was intended. Also, though the background is amazing, the buildings and the pile of rubble stick out a TAD much as everything else is done with a soft style that those have a complete definite shape and colored with one single color, though it's moreso on the pile that it is.
Everything else about this pic is perfect! This is most certainly one of the most original Sonic and Shadow pieces I've seen since... Well.. I don't know. I encourage you to keep up the fantastic work!
